1967年，創(chuàng)辦人曁董事長傅一德先生于桃園市大同路 62 號創(chuàng)立「臺灣衡器工廠」，從事生產傳統(tǒng)機械式衡器產品，如自動秤、臺秤、體重計等。

2004年，為滿足業(yè)務迅速擴展，以及制造上的各種需求，設廠于江蘇省昆山市民營科技工業(yè)園民友路 188 號，針對灌裝秤、包裝秤、檢重秤及配料系統(tǒng)等重點產品全力進行擴展及研發(fā)。

2014年，在臺灣臺南購地，成立力固南部分公司，旨在為南部客戶提供更優(yōu)質的產品和服務。

2016年，在臺灣桃園成立「中衡精機公司」，專業(yè)經(jīng)營秤重系統(tǒng)產品，并擴大其臺灣市場。

2017年，公司獲得多項工業(yè)稱重設備專利，把發(fā)展方向定位在「秤重技術的領航家」，強化產品質量與服務功能，真正體現(xiàn)「力宏基固」的品牌精神和「唯誠與信」的服務理念。
